Berlin publishes the data behind this site in open, machine-readable form. Everything here is licensed CC BY 4.0: use it, republish it, build on it, with attribution to Berlin Royalties.
Every oil and gas operator registered with the state regulator in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Colorado, and Wyoming: name, regulator ID, status, address, phone, and contact where the agency publishes one. Normalized from each agency's records and refreshed weekly. This is the dataset behind the operator directory and its ownership-change notices.
Download (CSV): all states combined, or per state: Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Colorado, Wyoming. Machine-readable manifest: berlin-operators-manifest.json. The same records serve as JSON from the public API.
Methodology. Source records come from the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, the Railroad Commission of Texas, the Kansas Corporation Commission, the Colorado ECMC, and the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission. Berlin normalizes names, addresses, and statuses into one schema and rebuilds the files weekly; the manifest carries the version date. Errors in the source agency's records pass through; corrections welcome at the number below.

Active rigs, permits approved in the last 90 days, and completions in the last 90 days for every county where Berlin buys, sourced from Enverus and refreshed monthly. Published as JSON at /api/v1/activity.json and rendered on the activity map and on each county page.
