The Commission does not publish email addresses or contact names; call the listed number and ask for the person who handles royalty owner questions.
Kansas licenses renew on a schedule, so an inactive or expired status usually means the company stopped operating or let its license lapse rather than anything sinister. Wells belonging to a lapsed operator get transferred or plugged, so if your operator shows expired, someone else is likely running the well today.
