## What is Mineral Watch?

Every owner wonders the same thing: is anything happening near my minerals? The data that answers it, drilling permits, rig activity, completions, and pooling applications, is public but scattered, technical, and tedious to check. We already track it every day for our own buying. Mineral Watch simply points that watching at your property: when something meaningful happens in your county or near your section, we send you a short plain-English note about what it is and what it tends to mean for owners like you.

## What does it cost, and what's the catch?

Free, and the catch is honest and small: someday, if you ever decide to lease or sell, we hope you think of us first because we were the ones keeping you informed for free when nobody else bothered. You will never get a pressure call because a permit landed near you. You get the news; what to do about it stays entirely your call.

## What counts as activity worth telling you about?

New drilling permits in your area, rigs moving in, notable well completions, pooling and spacing applications at the Corporation Commission that could involve your section, and meaningful operator changes. We filter out the noise: you will hear from us when something matters, not on a schedule that manufactures relevance. Quiet counties stay quiet, and we will not pretend otherwise.
