## Mineral owner letter generator.

Fill in the blanks and get a print-ready letter: a payment demand that cites your state's actual statute, an Oklahoma pooling election, a change of ownership after a death, and five more. The letters operators take seriously, written the way a landman writes them.

### Two rules before you send anything

Send it **certified mail, return receipt requested**: in several states the clock only starts when a written demand arrives, and the green card proves the date. And keep it to one request per letter, because a letter that asks for five things gets an answer to none. The [why behind each letter](https://www.berlinroyalties.com/letter-templates/) lives on our templates page.

### 1. Pick your letter
